virtual class FAQ
How do i access class?
Download the free Zoom app on your device or computer. Upon registration I'll send the meeting ID and password to log in. For an enhanced experience, connect your device or computer to a TV or other large monitor via HDMI cable or casting tool (such as Chromecast), use a Bluetooth speaker or headphones to really FEEL the music, and for EXTRA CREDIT, connect via Ethernet cable, or wired internet (not WIFI) to stabilize your internet connection.
what do i wear?
An aerobic or cross-training shoe, and comfortable clothing you can move in. Make sure you have plenty of physical space to move in too!
